These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alvris website and platform at alvris.com ("Service"), operated by Alvris ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using Alvris, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are using Alvris on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Alvris is NOT a SEBI-registered investment adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. The outputs of the Alvris platform — including stress test results, risk scores, drawdown estimates, and AI narratives — are simulations for analytical and informational purposes only.
You must consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or qualified financial professional before making any investment or financial decision.
All content, design, software, algorithms, and methodology on Alvris are the property of Alvris or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Portfolio data you enter into Alvris remains your property. By entering data, you grant Alvris a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Alvris shall not be liable for:
Alvris is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate.
The free stress test tool requires no payment. Paid subscription plans (when available) are governed by the pricing displayed at the time of purchase and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. GST (18%) is applicable to all paid plans for Indian users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Alvris at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users or the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are: grievance@alvris.com. Grievances will be addressed within 30 days of receipt.
